I
AM
I am a veteran of the air force and the navy, but that's another story of discrimination. And have worked tirelessly my whole life to make an honest living. I have written a book detailing the events that occurred during the time I was working for Chevron, and how they put me through two and a half years of psychological torture and warfare.
They disregarded my rights as a human and as an American and carried out systematic crimes against me.And it's still going on in 2023 because I have not yet received any justice.

There have always been those who think that doing a good job entails doing it safely and getting along with your coworkers. However, for some people that is not good enough. They want you to meet a fourth requirement, which is not part of any job description: accepting their abuse and harassment while you do your job, and becoming their Stepin Fetchit- their "slave."

From May 2011 to January 2014, violations of the Jim Crow laws were also inflicted on me, at the Chevron Corporation (Oil Refinery), and their other corporate conspirators- namely, StaffMark Group, LLC, USW (union), Local 5, Red Wing Brands of America,INC.
These crimes of violating my international, constitutional, federal, and civil rights were covered up by the United States Government, and Dept. Of Fair Employment and Housing, along with the EEOC, EDD AND FBI
